Whether it’s discussing career progression opportunities, sharing experiences with colleagues, having a coffee or meeting friendly faces from around the Trust, we are confident they’ll be something for you to get involved. Staff networks are open to all staff, and we encourage allies to join. We have network groups covering:

As well as providing a safe and comfortable space for conversations, all staff networks have the opportunity make positive change in Dorset HealthCare’s ambition to become more inclusive. Representatives of staff networks are welcome to attend the Trust’s Equality, Diversity & Inclusion Steering Group. The group aims to be the voice of equality to support Dorset HealthCare, its Board and the equality, diversity and inclusion lead. This will ensure that we comply with, promote and maintain our commitment to the overall implementation and achievements under current and future equality schemes, including specific Equality Action Plans.
