Staff benefits
We like to do things differently here – it’s one of the reasons the CQC has rated us ‘outstanding’. It’s also why 95% of patients across our services say they have a good or very good experience of our services and 89% of staff feel they can really make a difference.
Sound like it might be for you? Make a move. Make a difference.
Who are we, and what do we do?
We’re one of the biggest trusts in the south-west. Across 300 locations, including 12 community hospitals, our dedicated team of 8,000 staff looks after a population of more than 800,000 people, treats more than 200,000 in minor injuries units, and carries out more than 17 million tests each year.
Our community hospitals run services including inpatient rehabilitation, outpatient appointments, theatre, therapy services, radiology and minor injury services.
We have several community mental health teams, as well as specialist inpatient care services, supporting people who are living with conditions such as depression, eating disorders, post-traumatic stress and personality disorders.
Our community services include district nursing, health visiting, audiology, speech and language therapy, learning disabilities, podiatry, dermatology, end-of-life care, sexual health, brain injury services, safeguarding children and addiction services.
